Best friends Katie & Safia met whilst living in the foodie Spanish capital Madrid, where they spent their sunny days and balmy nights exploring the city's most beautiful cafés, restaurants and rooftops.
It was an impulse weekend away in Marrakech that led them to discover they were foodie travel soulmates, and over nineteen cities and who knows how many tables-for-two later, they have never looked back.
In early 2017, after spending several months together travelling around Indonesia and Australia, Katie enrolled in the Diploma at Leith's School of Food and Wine, and Safia began studying Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu. They then decided that it was time to join forces, and so, Cook & Baker was born.
Starting with monthly supperclubs, an upcoming cookbook club, and with many other exciting plans for the future, they hope you will join them on their adventure and share in their love of (or, rather, obsession with...) food.
